• How long will my order take to produce?
• Due to the fact that most items can be customised (and must be, in some circumstances), all items are created to order. Therefore your order may take up to a week to produce, depending on backlog, but we aim to get it to you sooner and always ASAP!

• How do I fit the Phenom Vanes?
• See the fitting guide in the Guides section for more info.
  
  
• What information is required for ordering Phenom Vanes?
• We need the exact make, model and spine stiffness. The outside diameter of all shafts are slightly different, so we need this info to ensure that the vanes are not too tight or too loose.
  
  
• Can you add a custom logo to my foot pegs/weight cover/etc.?
• Yes! As long as the design is simple and it can be represented as a silhouette, then most designs can be incorporated.
  
  
• What materials are your products made from?
• All of our products are 3D printed and are made from PLA, PETG or TPU as appropriate for strength and flexibility.
  
  
• I can see some layer/print lines in my product!
• Unfortunately, this is just the nature of 3D printed objects. It has absolutely no effect on the functionality of the product, and we spend a lot of time ensuring that the print quality is as perfect as possible. We pride ourselves on the fact that our quality is amongst the very best you will see from any 3D printed source.
  
  
• I'd like a [something] created - can you do this?
• Generally, the answer to this is yes! This would have to be considered on a case by case basis as certain things might not be viable due to size, complexity, materials etc., but generally custom orders are something we specialise in. See the Guides page for more info.
